Here's a Georgian MOOP/MVD Excellent Firefighter Badge with its 1963 award document.

This is the first of this variant that I have seen with document. Should be of particular interest to collectors of firefighter, Georgian, MVD and MOOP themes.

I did not realize that these were on a level with the SS/MOI "egg" badges-- but the format and photo ID booklet are virtually identical so these must have been intended as equivalents.

Can you zoom in on the photo-- no idea what the retro-fashion collar tabs looked like.
