    Rich,it looks like(on both Eks).So....I think these Eks are a bit younger as some of us thought! In my opinion we can date them into the late20ies,early 30ies. The pin is unique at '14 Eks,and this kind of frosting can also be found on the "Deumer" variations. The core is a typical example of Meybauer/Godet hardware and of high quality-so totally different to all the other Eks we have put into the same timeframe.

    If you study the inner corners of the frame, they have a unique pattern to them.

    They are an exact match to my own 1914 Godet Ek1 and to another 1914 Godet

    that I was able to study.

    This does not of coarse show when these were made but it prooves IMO that these

    are indeed Godet made crosses.

    Here is another Godet screwback. This one belongs to forum member Tony (Tiger 1).

    I can not tell from the picture if there is any evidence of it ever having been frosted.
