Austria-Hungary Ancient Bohemian Warrior with Cannon Cross

Tiny Carte de Visite of two "old servants" in Wossheletz, Bohemia on the estate of the Grafs von Boos-Waldeck formerly of Nassau.

The furry side burned old gent on right is wearing a combatant's Cannon Cross for the Napoleonic Wars. There is a round spot on the finish which distorts the way the three ribbon stripes look.

It's very tiny, very faded, and very fuzzy, but you can see the wreath lines between the arms for a combatant's cross:

Alas, no NAMES. Circa mid 1860s from all the other photos. :speechless:

That's the first Austrian Napoleonic vet I have ever seen.

I wonder if he was at Austerlitz?
