Guest Rick Research
And I simply thought it was even prettier than most Bulgarian medals! What on earth is the design in the stamp on the document supposed to be?
Theodor
Ministry of communications, I believe the stamp is similar to the Horn under the name on the document. Probably without the lion though? Can't see it clear, but looks like a horn with a small star over it? Edited August 4, 2009 by Theodor

Stogieman
In looking at the two examples we now have of this document, we see the same seal/signature stamp... but what a difference between one being filled out by hand in beautiful script and the other being typed!
