J Temple-West Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Interesting...The "H" (It should be WH) in the maker mark is missing, but the badge is by "Wilhelm Hobacher - Wien"
Jan Arne S Posted March 20, 2010 Author Posted March 20, 2010 Hi John ! I also believe that it is a Hobacker , but have not seen this "mistake" before . Jan Arne
J Temple-West Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 What Intrigues me is the shape of the wreath. I have a flak by S&L that has this same distorted wreath which leads me to believe that certain firms may have used an injection moulding process for their late badges, the heat of the process causing this distortion on ejection when the mould was given insufficient time to cool. The S&L. Obverse.
nesredep Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Back of Weidemann LW Flak . Jan Arne Hello! Jan Arne Nice. All the best Morten.
tyanacek Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Hi guys, Some nice Luft Flak Badges on this thread! Here is an early Brehmer that I picked up over the weekend. Best regards, Tom
J Temple-West Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 A very clean example you have picked up there, Tom.
