Ribbon Bar - old style

I am out of town and do not have my ribbon id book. I know one or two of the ribbons. Can someone help with IDing the ribbons? Thanks.

That`s what I see :

1. Saxe-Coburg-Gotha : oval silver Carl Eduard medal with crown

2. some kind of SEHO

3. ??? Bulgaria - Romania , out of line of the other awards I know , maybe some for me unknown saxon thing ?

4. Saxe-Coburg-Gotha : Wedding rememberence medal Carl Eduard 1905

5. Saxe-Altenburg : live saving medal (?)

6. Prussia crown order or Württemberg Friedrich order

7. Saxe-Weimar: long service award or more likely the White falcon on the ribbon till 1909

8. Saxe-Weimar: White Falcon on the red ribbon after 1909

...of course there are other possibilities , for example on N°5 if there are more stripes we can`t see because they could be under the next ribbon...

Isn't the third ribbon the Sax-Altenburg Civil Service 25 Year Award?

I have the third ribbon on a similar old style bar....I think it's the Bulgarian Civil Merit Order.
