EK 1870 1870 EKII help

Saw this from a well known German dealer, can anyone give me an opinion please? I am still learning about 1870 EKIIs, and this one is described as:

Prussia, eiserrnes cross II.Klasse 1870 with the old original band, early smaller form

What is the early smaller form? Sorry the photos aren'e the closest. Thanks gents!

Bigger, better pictures would help but I don't like this cross.

There is a fake that matches this that distinguised by the bad

looking crown on the obverse side. Notice the alignment of the

sweatband under the crown. On the fake, it overhangs the right

side of the edge of the crown.

Thanks Greg, I will ask for some closer photos, I was just wondering what was meant by 'earlier small form'?

No chance to be a good type A or B......in the best case a private purchased piece.But no,I don't like it(better pics would be OK)
