EK2 1914 (one piece)- What is your opinion about this cross. Perhaps known manufacturer ? (is opinion that - Otto Schickle, Pforzheim )

One piece alloy cross presumably made late war or inter war. Some believe them

to be made by Schickle but truth is, we don't know for sure. These can be found

in 2nd class and 1st class versions with pin back and / or screwback attachments.

I think it LOOKS OK...but if I was to buy it I would like to see it first. I think the in hand nspection (What kind of metal, weight, basically "the feel") are best for pieces like this.

i like it-- i have several examples on medal bars that also include hindenburg crosses or other postwar commemorative awards, etc. as greg states, no definite known maker
