...a great run of tinnies there Pete....

...especially like the 'Offenbacher Volksfest 1934' tinnie with its central stylised 'hakenkreuz'...seems to look like a flower unfolding...

    ...very nice selection....

    Regards.

    ...woah!....Man on a Mission!.....

...what a diverse range of tinnies...are they all new or part of your exisiting collection?

...and is there any particluar tinnie that you look for or is it generally any kind of tinnie?

...either way, all really nice....I especially like the detail on the plastic tinnies...always so sharp...

...sounds like a way to be bankrupt! :shame:

..I'm more of a single-minded, dedicated to one cause, kind of puppy... :wacky:

...my 'wish-list' is currently being stealthily circulated around in Deutschland.... :ninja:

...and whilst I am very possesive of my collection... :violent:

...I will quite happily share it with the select GMIC elite who can appreciate what it's all about!

Ian, not bankrupt, as military fairs with more than a few tinnies (that I havn't got) are rare to find, and I do have my limits on what I will pay. Being omniverous gives me a greater scope. HJ & SA tinnies are mostly beyond my pocket. English dealers having cottoned on to you specialists and upped the prices accordingly. As you say, abroad is the place to look. Although I must add that I find myself being out bid on Ebay for non-swastika marked tinnies & WHW items by German collectors! There will be a time when the price of these will mean, to me, a stop to this once reasonably priced collecting habit.

    Only 11,000 plus to go!!!!

    Regards,

    Pete
