Help needed in reading Sütterlin

Gentlemen of the Club,

Can I please sollicit your help in reading the text on the slip of paper shown in the pics? I found it in the pocket of a tunic I recently acquired.

Based amongst other things on the paper and the script, I believe it is.

Moreover, it would be a pretty stupid move for a seller who had the tunic altered not to remove a piece of paper describing the alteration. Everything is possible of course, including a seller using Sütterlin. But all in all, I'm pretty confident the note is period.
