Unless you really, really, really need one to that unit, I would pass.

A wise collector once posted.... if it is a Blue tunic, and not mint, mint... it is not worth buying.

It is a lesson I learned the hard way.... but I learned it.

You can find pleanty in better condition, and not costing much more.

Where is a good place to find the Dunkelblau tunics? I really like them but I very rarely see any for sale, let alone cheap.

They are quite easy to find in Germany, I think for EUR450-550 you can get a really nice average one. German ebay is a good place to start.

I gotta agree with Chris on this. If it was Fieldgrau, there is no problem with holes. The blue ones are really tough to sell if they are not minty. Try Sergio Semino's site. He has a good range. His photos are tough though, look close for blemishes on the tunics.
