Dave Danner Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 (edited) Definitely Chile. The sash and collar points display the Chilean coat of arms, and the other neck decoration is a Chilean 30-year long service decoration. Can't tell what the other two awards are. Edited January 30, 2006 by Dave Danner
JBFloyd Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 Chilean. The breast badge is Ecuador's Order of Abdon Calderon. The large sash with the bullion national arms tends to be a symbol of office, so it's likely that he held some position in the goverment beyond his military position ("Presidente de la semana").
