Personally, I love the awards from this era- such a short but turbulent period of time when they were awarded. Lower quality then the Yugoslav awards they were based on, but you can't beat the rarity and and story behind most of them

I really like that 2nd class of the Order for Merits in the Fields of Defense and Security, what makes it special is the fact that the green wreath is correctly positioned. I don't know why but on most of the 1st and 2nd classes they are rotated 45 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, on some even 135 degrees! But this is never the case with the lowest class.

Some of them are silver and those have IKOM hallmarks! So they must be converted Orders of Military Merits of the previous Yugoslavia.
