You are not alone Some russian collectors "do" only officially minted medals and ignore these privates (although when the price is right they buy them too ) Might some of these be non-Russian wearer copies? I'm sure they were made in Germany, France and so, too. These are 100% Russians But of course medals for zeal were made by foreign private workshops.
