This practically forgotten Sea and Sky Association and its badges… Most likely it was another youth association (highly militarized of course). The exact year of Association foundation is not known (at least to me). The exact gradation of the badges is not known (at least to me). After the description of the badge the authors wrote that “This is the only badge for this organization encountered so far”.
