Serbs awarded with Ottoman orders, off topic but might be interesting.

Dimitrije Cincar-Marković (Димитрије Цинцар-Марковић) Order of Medjidie 1st class, it also appears that's he's wearing lower class of the same order on his medal bar. According to wiki article he also received Order of Osmanieh 1st class.
