Soviet Two small but nice WW2 Labor medal Groupings with Documents

I just received these booklets in the mail the other day. I paired them up with medals that I had in my collection. I am glad that I am able to finally pair up the double medal grouping with a book(Labor Victory and Victory Over Germany).

Check out this Award booklet and notice that the name in it is crossed out with another written over it in blue ink. There is also a note on the back in the same blue ink. I am trying to make out the handwriting so I can go look it up.

I am curious about why this would have been done this way.

Yes. This is the Labor Victory Medal booklet that came with the Victory Over Germany Medal Booklet. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

I've seen one or two of these, note sure if it was intentionally done or not, but the explanation that seems to be given in most cases is that they re-issued the medal to another veteran. I've seen a couple of these types around the sales forums.

I have no idea what it says, I can't make out his writing so I'm no help
