marthabwiley
I inherited some WW1 documents and photos from a German great uncle but I'm having trouble reading them. Can you help? I attach a jpg file. I know his name is Albert Ludwig, but I can't read his middle names from the form. Can you? I know he was born February 2, 1894 but zu? I know he was from Linden near Hannover. What was his profession? and would that be before he joined the military or after? I know he signed up December 17, 1914, but what is the rest of that line? And the whole handwritten answer for line 6 is beyond me. Please excuse these entry-level questions, but any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Marcin L
Hi Martha, You will find more information on IR 75 here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infanterie-Regiment_Bremen_%281._Hanseatisches%29_Nr._75 Btw. Can we have a Musketier in other unit than Infantry? Guess not. Regards, Marcin

marthabwiley
Here is p2 and p3 of Albert Ludwig's Militärpaß. For these pages, I can tell his height is 1.86.5 meters, but everything else is a mystery. Can you read and translate? I don't know if it would be better to post everything at once or post them separately, so please let me know what is the best way. Thanking you in advance
