VtwinVince Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 My great grandfather, Paul Weller, was a well-known philanthropist in Koenigsberg, East Prussia, and was awarded the Freeman of the City and an honorary doctorate from the Albertinum University as well. I think he must have received some bling from the Kaiser, but have no idea what awards he got. Any help would be appreciated. Officially he was a Rittergutsbesitzer.
