What do you think of the Königsberg Medal specifically ... and the bar in general? Picked this up in Warsaw, Poland a few years ago.

So-called "shovel" (by form of the medal ear ) variation.

After war vintage - was issued in late 1946, 1947 and 1948.

Yea, could be.

Königsberg came from 1946-1948 time period and same goes for "For the victory" (this type "grind off ear" was also issued in 1946, 1947 and 1948).
