Finland unknown mini on german chain

I have a german minichain with this medal.

I´ve never seen this before. Maybe there is someone out

there who can help me ? Every help appreciated.

Finnish lawyers association piece [dated Mar 24 1919--founding of group?] according to reverse Finnish/Swedish inscription--do not find it in usual Finnish sources.

I have no idea what it is for, but as stated, it is from the Finnish Bar Association. And, yes, it was founded in 1919.

I am a member of the New York State Bar, but no one gave me a medal
