Here is a nice Wehrpass with the Bewährungsabzeichen des V. Armeekorps entered... I assume he was then told it did not count because in a later awards entry it is left out.....

Assuming because he was active Wehrmacht and the award had been banned in 1935. Interesting.

I am surprised to see the document also signed by the Soldiers Council ( Soldatenrat). they were oftentimes told to go somewhere else by returning, from frontline duty units.

That is a very nice doc... 37th Füsiliers is one of Regts I actively collect, have quite a few documnts to them... did not realise they had a Freikorps.

I have a similar one to the 50th IR, ....

Thats probably just at the time where they were being banned... will check when I get home when the Wehrpass was issued...
