Looks like Reichsparteitag 1937 to me.

I think there may be too many letters for Reichsparteitag and it looks like there's a Z in there too. What's on the front? It may give a clue.

Here is the front. I think Werner von Blomberg is wearing the  1937 Reichsparteitag Badge here.
