Hello Eric. I do not think that this qualifies for the badge since it was some kind of a race. Also I wonder about what kind of race this was. The description on the certificate says " Fahrer" ( driver ) and not "Reiter" or (rider). So, was it a race involving these light 2-wheel carts drawn by one horse ( nomenclature escapes me ) and not a horse with a rider race? Bernhard H.
