I am attempting to research the career of - Admiral FERNANDO EDUARDO PINTO de ORNELAS e VASCONCELOS (1950's to 1980's) - Any help or advice would be appreciated.Adrian

VASCONCELOS Fernando Eduardo Pinto de Ornelas e (fólio 91); († 01/05/1994); but there is a snag...he died in 1994 and they only grant acess to his file passing 50 years after is death!!!!!! https://arquivohistorico.marinha.pt/details?id=2371
