dedehansen Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Hi Gents, I got this medal for my small Italy collection Vittorio Emanuele III Re D'Italia with inscription Ricordo on the reverse side I would like to know more about this medal, every help appreciated. Regards Andreas
claudio2574 Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Generic medal to be used, for example, during the visits to the King. There are similar generic medals with the word "al merito" to be used during prize ceremonies
dedehansen Posted January 27, 2016 Author Posted January 27, 2016 Thanks claudio2574, could you please tell me which ribbon was used? Regards Andreas

nickstrenk Posted December 21, 2017 Posted December 21, 2017 (edited) Look at the signature of my medal. It differs from the medals shown in the topic.Probably, there were some variants and different producers. It is interesting but I did not find the marks of silver.I like the reverse of this medal-very similar with the Russian Userdie.
