David M
Any way in finding some data on this guy? I know he was present at a baptism in 1880.
dedehansen
Hi David, I found an Assistenzartz Dr. Metz without any medal entries in the 1872 Rangliste der königlich Preußischen Armee. At this time he served with the 7. Rheinisches Landwehr Regiment Nr.69. Unfortunately without first name. Kind regards Andreas

Dave Danner
He is listed in the Todesfälle in the Deutsche Militärärztliche Zeitschrift in early 1891, so he died in late 1890 or early 1891. Edited June 13, 2016 by Dave Danner
