2 Ribbonbars ID?

I just saw these ribbonbars in an old ratisbons auction. Hopefully it is fine, that I make a thread, although these bars don't belong to me. Have these ribbon bars been identified?

Hi Nicolas,

I was fortunate enough to be able to pick these up but haven't come around to posting them. I will post better pictures of them in different threads.
