ixhs Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 (edited) Got some new pics. Here we have a colonial pic. On the back "Behrens" I have some marine lists and for example i found an Garnisonverwaltungsinsp. Behrens at Tsingtau Verwaltung with the ChD. I think he wears the -MEZ2, DA15 or 25, i can also see the Chinadenkmünze, the Kolonialdenkmünze the Centenial and i think some kind of foreign medal. Edited July 29, 2017 by ixhs
dedehansen Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Hi ixhs, you have to search for a Deckoffizier. I could not find a Behrens with MEZ2 in the Ranglist from 1903 and 1914. Please make a detailscan from the medalbar. Kind regards Andreas
HeikoGrusdat Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Not at home at the moment to check the lists...but photo is after 1912
HeikoGrusdat Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Found some Behrens checking several lists but none of them with MEZ2
dedehansen Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Hi, are you sure with the spelling of the name Behrens? I think the medal is Italian, Medaglia Commemorativa Terremoto Calabro - Siculo 28 Dicembre 1908. Kind regards Andreas
HeikoGrusdat Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Would guess Italy too...if this is a 15y LS then he should have got the 25y soon after the pic with being in service 1897 and counting double for china and some other colonial activity
ixhs Posted July 31, 2017 Author Posted July 31, 2017 Hi Guys Tanks for helping.on the back the Name behrens is written Italien Sounds good. Mmn kann das nur ein mez2 vorne sein
dedehansen Posted July 31, 2017 Posted July 31, 2017 Hi ixhs, I agree with you, from the ribbon it is a MEZ 2. Maybe Behrens is the name from the other person on the photo?! Regards Andreas
ixhs Posted August 1, 2017 Author Posted August 1, 2017 Yes maybe in Markus list there are some behrens with the aez but i did not find one with mez t hanks indeed for id theitalian the net shows someboats which helped in 1908
ixhs Posted August 8, 2017 Author Posted August 8, 2017 Hello again, What signes the patch he wears on the right side. He wears definitely a XV LSC and not a XXV. So the pic was made in 1913 or later.
