Please help me idenfity this unknown badge.

Hello,

Is anyone able to identify this lapel badge at all?  I have a vague idea that it might be Bavarian - based on the blue ribbon, and it came with some German and Austrian medals I bought - bur I really don't have a clue!

A wild guess, but I assume it is the Miniature of an industrial / commercial Bavarian award.

it is the miniature of a larger medal (80mm) in a case.

Vereinigung der pfälzischen Industrieverbände, Medaille für langjährige Mitarbeit im Dienste der pfälzischen Wirtschaft, medal for 25 years (25jähriges Arbeitsjubiläum).
