Unknown chevron - Dienstzeit Winkel Volksmarine?

Hello all,

fund this chevron in my bargain bin and i have no idea whit it could be. At first I thought it's a Volksmarine Service Chevron.

 

but for real I don't have a clue what it could be.

Hi,

turn it around 180°, and you can see an Obermaat (side length 5,3cm) or an Oberbootsmann (side length 4,5cm) of the early German Bundesmarine, worn on different places on the sleeve, in different sizes. Based on the size here I think, that it is for an Obermaat.
