Order of St Nicholas the Miracle Worker. An emigre decoration awarded for a donation used for welfare amongst needy exiles. Listed in Werlich.

This is modern issued order. Original, 1929 issued orders, look slightly different. See the link.

 They were issued for many years. I have seen them with award letters from the 60s and 70s and i would not be surprised if they are still being awarded by the titular head of the Romanovs.
