NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 I have been going through my hard drive and found some old photos of groups that have been available over the years. Some I've ended up owning. The majority I've simply drooled upon! Here's a selection for all of you who have started recently collecting of what's been available since I started collecting these photos back in 1998/99...ENJOY!!!Dave
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Here's a real beaut that Igor M had up a while back...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Here's another beaut from Igor... Just jaw dropping!
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Here's a group that a fellow in Russia was offering around about two years ago...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Going down the list, how about Moskalenko's awards????
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Here's one that went for years without selling for $950 from another NY dealer.
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Screwback Lenin HSU? Simple, yet elegant...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 This one I passed on because "Who wants an HSU group without the Lenin???" Oh.... it was $3000...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Thanks to Igor again... $9800, as I remember. It sat on his website for a LONG time... Just imagine what that's worth today!
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Now this one I jumped on but was too late... This may be one of the coolest HSU groups I've seen...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Not a bad little group for around $900, but who wants a group with a missing award???
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Now how about this Cavalier... Oh yeah... he posted the flag on top of the Reichstag!
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Yes, one that I'm still kicking myself for not buying... Price was $2500 even, and YES it was complete...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 2nd Class orders, anyone? This one included about two inches of paper too...
Guest Rick Research Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 Sigh. Mid '90s... wish I had taken all those $180 1970s generals uniforms I got and had bought screwback Badges of Honor (then $125) instead. Those uniforms are now worth... $200but all those pre-war OBHs (oh, yeah, I'd have kept ONE) are going for what, about $1,000 now?
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Oh yeah, another kicking self one... This one was complete and documented too...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 That last photo didn't do that group justice... Here's another from the same group...
NavyFCO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 Sorry for the French, but this one includes a case of the loose bowels... LOOK at the numbers!!!
