Another officer carrying case for medal set.

Hello everyone, dear collector friends

 

Here’s another box with medals....

 The set (medals and bar) seems to me quite consistent but I wonder about the box !  (really I have a doubt !)

Is it made in Japan?

what is your opinion ? it is difficult to get a precise idea because there is unfortunately little documentation about these boxes.... and no sign or brand of manufacturer on this one.

I have seen a few online before (I assume real), and from what I remember, they came in a leather type case. Each medal is tied on to the medal bar itself. Other than that, it is very easy to make your own medal bars as they are plentiful and so are the medals itself. If buying, price the bar and medals separately.

Almost certainly japanese. Most likely "adapted" case that originally was intendent for something else.
