personally, I would not judge authenticity by a muddy photograph from the screen. a bad photo is more doubt.

Yep, i think so too. I cant really tell from this photo. There are old fakes that should mimic this Ehrenkreuz 3. Class from the 1871-time-periode. They look pretty close to the originals, especially on bad pictures.
