Bill Brouillard Jr.
New York National/State Guard medal called "Aid to Civil Authorities". I think there were some disturbances that the Governor of NY had to mobilize the State Guard to assist with crowd control. The “Traffic 1945” bar was issued to New York National Guardsmen who were activated in January and February 1945 for service during heavy snowstorms in upstate New York. https://dmna.ny.gov/awards/aid.html Bill
