Hi all, another puzzle concerning decorations.

Attached is an image of Oberst Eduard Bornhausen, regarding his medal bar, all seems fairly straightforward... Except for the last one after the Bulgarian order of military merit, I'm at a loss to recognise what it is and nationality, to me (at least) it actually looks like grade of the British Royal Victorian Order which seems unlikely, (but anythings possible I suppose! ) all the others are easily identified, so, anyone got any ideas, as usual all help appreciated

    Regards
