Major W. C. Long Indian medical Service He received the African General Service Medal with 1902 Somaliland bar as Captain W. C. Long 66th Punjabis His miniature on mess dress. After the purchase I received this picture from the family which made my day… But it’s one way contact so despite this I still don’t know his name… Thanks, tony 🍻 PS it looks like this but there’s some of this too 😁 Which doesn’t matter because of ithis how sexy is that? peaking round the trousers like that 💕 1

Farkas Posted November 1, 2023 Author Posted November 1, 2023 Hello Gents, I’ve found this page ‘in’ Scotland that has all sorts of lists and information including Indian service, officers, ww1… https://digital.nls.uk i just don’t seem able to ‘get it’ 😡 I couldn’t get a hit when searching for my guy… so I searched just the word ‘Captain’ 👇and still got ‘no hits’ 🤷♂️ Clearly I’m doing something wrong. Is anyone familiar with the army lists able to help please 🤞 cheers tony
