huiehuierhgu
I bought a piece of the West German Medal and my friends thought it might be spliced because it was unthinkable to get so many honors, what do you guys suggest about itI'm sorry I didn't take a good picture, but it would have been delicate and the details were very good

Daniel Krause
Hm... Quite an impossible combo. I am fairly sure, it is put together. WW2 hero knocking out tanks, finghting partisans and being a professional driver, later a dedicated sportsman to bet the highest German sports award, while being disabled and being a red cross functionary the same time. All in all too much. Best, Daniel

After all, anti-guerrilla badges are very sensitive, and the official Federal Germany may not allow them to be displayed Ji
Gordon Craig
The 1957 regulations for WWII badges that could be worn in the Bundeswehr did not include the ant-guerrilla badge nor any of the arm shields. Regards, Gordon
speedytop
Gordon, we must differentiate here between the law and the regulations of the Bundeswehr. In the law, the arm shields and the Bandenkampfabzeichen were permitted to be worn, and this is still valid today. The Bundeswehr said yes, but it was not allowed, to wear the arm shields in the original size on the uniform. They could be worn only on the ribbon bar. The Bandenkampfabzeichen was allowed to wear on the uniform and the ribbon bar too, but late in the 20th century, the Bandenkampfabzeichen was no longer allowed in the Bundeswehr; clearly too late! 2010 allowed, 2016 not allowed.
