Timeline and versions of Godet medalbar's label and question about Mr. "Rick" Lundstrom

Hi guys, I want to share a chart I made about the different labels of Godet medalbars. It includes a simple timeline and descriptions.

 

This chart should be read in conjunction with the short article I wrote. However, it is in Chinese and just a collection of some scattered information on the different forums and some of my own thoughts, so I will only post this chart here for everyone's reference.

 

If you have any corrections, comments, or suggestions on this chart, please reply. I would like to know any information that can improve fellow collectors' and my understanding of Godet, since it is a huge and complex subject. By the way, I will be happy to update this chart if the information is corrected or new information comes out.

 

Another question I have here is about Mr. "Rick" Lundstrom. I just learned about his contribution to the collection and research on kaiserscross.com and I am so sorry and saddened by his passing. I just started my collection a few years ago so I didn't know about his achievements until I started browsing this forum.

 

I noticed that he posted a lot of comprehensive articles and opinions on medallion and ribbon bar on this forum when he was alive, but I don't know if it's because of the forum update and revision that I can't find his articles now. Now I can only read the historical posts page by page to slowly capture his knowledge. If anyone knows how to view his articles as a whole, please let me know.

Thanks, I'm glad it's helpful. Actually I had uploaded this chart on the Facebook group a few months before and Claudio liked it, so I believe he had seen it.

I really appreciate you sharing this article. This would be super helpful! I am shocked and regretful for not finding and reading this article myself before. I think it is comprehensive and detailed enough. I will read it carefully and see if there are any mistakes in my chart that can be corrected.
