What a horrible piece.  Clear one-looker reproduction; bogus case, too.

The market has been flooded with fakes of every class of the Albert Order, many have faked maker marks. Unfortunately, a constant offering of his. I guess I’m just really surprised that so many buyers are willing to bid. One would think that a bidder of reasonable intellect and experience would seriously consider and question how one seller would have a never ending supply of pretty scarce pieces!

That Bavarian MVO4 looks pretty convincing complete with a proper Weiss & Co. logo, 950 silver mark and generally Weiss details. But Weiss crosses are noted for having a thicker frame on the lower arm (6 o'clock) than on the other three arms which is absent here and all arms on Weiss MVO4 usually have a pronounced beveled edge, also missing in this cross.. These are consistent details on all Weiss & Co. crosses as far as I know and the absence here is a red flag.

In his TOS he write, all the stuff is sold as manufactured for collectors or museums, because he can not check the age or authenticity. Hes just a dealer and no sworn appraiser.

Sworn appraiser is a German law term, if he would sell stuff as genuine and you want to proof him wrong in court, you need a sworn appraiser. They are very seldom when it comes to militaria.

Thanks Bernd, unfortunately, once out of his hands, they’re in circulation and who knows where they end up or who else passes them on without a disclaimer.
