The first one seems to Bernard Rogge, the Captain of the famous Kriegsmarine ambush boat 'Atlantis'.

First one is Heinrich Hoffmann, second is Wilhelm Anhalt, third could be Wilhelm Meentzen althought I haven't been able to find another good photo of him to be 100% sure.

Correct on third - it is Meentzen, later a Vizeadmiral.
