Ed_Haynes Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 Having long since given up philately for phaleristics, as I suspect others have, the various Mongolian stamps showing awards may be of interest.
Ed_Haynes Posted July 1, 2006 Author Posted July 1, 2006 Great photos Actually VERY nasty scans from my on-the-road portable scanner (Canon N650U). Better than nothing, but only BARELY. Thanks anyway, USAF!
fjcp Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 (edited) Just got these stamps from a Russian friend. There were some really old ones in addition to these but none of the others had orders etc. on them.I thought I'd add these for obvious reasons! Edited October 2, 2006 by fjcp
fjcp Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Forgot to mention this in the post above, but even as a boy Choibalsan didn't smile!!!
Hauptmann Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 Hi all,Just wondered... how hard are these to come by? They're nice stamps and that's yet another hobby I've been in for ages but I'm still far from knowing all there is to know. For all I know I may have some of these in my collection... I've had so many for so long having bought out some bulk groupings in the past. I know I have a bunch of Soviet stamps but this is inspiring me to check for some of these. Thanks, Dan
