I thought I'd share it here because I don't remember any republican MOPR badges. Obviously, there were some. Anyone else have any? I'm pretty sure we have some MOPR collectors here. Enjoy. I have the document that includes basically the Ukaz as shown by Japan, but I got it 15 years ago and have to dig deeper in the piles in my Man Cave/Den to find it).
