Exactly the same, written in English, produced in Germany (Bavaria), used by the LW as a metric converter (I guess)

I believe more a flying time calculator than a ruler, they were used by the LW, one is written in german while the other one is written in english (even if found in a LW observer bag)

Like the uniform parts with no insigna (shirts, ties,......) which had a civilian usage after the war, socks are not that easy to find
