    1. Something like this one Mike? Can't say that I like it though, I don't like RS marked pieces plus it's on sale on a very dodgy website.... D
    2. Close, but no cigar I'm afraid.... 5103a should have a bright blue enamel, sorry. Nice piece though. D
    3. Good to hear from you again!! A very impressive & rare document, thank you for showing it. Don
    4. An interesting piece John, thank you for posting it. What size is it? The large pin plate makes it look like the smaller 18mm version, but it may not be. Cheers Don
    5. I can't comment on most of the pieces as they are not my area, however the enamel badge is a party membership badge. The RZM 9 markings show that it was manufactured by Robert Hauschild of Pforzheim. A nice little pick up. Cheers Don
    6. I had always assumed that the standard version was mearly a cut-down version of the wreathed version i.e. the same badge with the wreath cut off. You can imagine my surprise when I compared them, two very distinct & different badges....
    7. I finally managed to find an example of the "standard" badge (minus the wreath) after many years of searching....
    8. Welcome to the forum. From what I can see in these pictures (larger ones would help more) I'm afraid that this is indeed a fake. The quality of the enamel looks poor, but the biggest clue is the shape of the pin plate. This one lookes to be the narrow "coffin" shaped plate which is often seen on modern fakes. But as I say, larger pictures would help more. There is a thread here for the Westmark pin both showing originals & fakes http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=11163 Cheers Don
    9. An interesting piece. First the easy bit: The 1. Reichstreffen der deutschen Volksgesundheitsbewegung in Düsseldorf was held on the 7th & 8th August 1937. Not sure about the RADV part, could be Reichsarbeitsgemeinschaft Deutchen Volksgesundheitsbewegung.... ? Cheers Don
    10. Thank you for posting this Joe. The Armeegewehr is the rarer of the 1940 Meisterklasse badges. It's the Kleinkaliber that is more often found. Cheers Don
    11. The Party pin is fine, but the DJ is a fake. Notice the narrow, almost coffin shaped pin plate? These plates have only been used post war. Cheers Don
    12. Thought that I would post the Fördernde Mitglieder badge, equivalent to the SS/FM but actually much rarer than the SS version. This is the second design, the first used the monument design of the earlier badge. Cheers Don
    13. Hi Jock, This thread may be of interest to you http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/topic/1548-kyffhuser/ Cheers Don
    14. Hi Robert, It's the Österreichische Sport- und Turnabzeichen. I do not know much about it but I do know that they are still going today & the awards are almost the same. Here are some images from their website http://www.oesta.at/de Cheers Don
    15. That's a nice one too Robert. I was flicking through the Uniformenmarkt the other day & came across this in the Jan 1939 edition. Cheers Don
