      I hope the purists don't lynch me but here goes nothing- the last medal on the last bar is a MarineKorps Flanderen commemorative medal ( ducking now). They come with battle clasps (which I believe the SOMME bar is). I have another one with two bars on it. It is a loose one but I think I posted it here somewhere before. All I know is this guy must have kicked some big time Butt and lived to tell about it, at least for a short time after the war. Probably a junior officer. Closing bunker door now.

      The crimp on the catch is not correct for that maker. I believe this badge is a well known fake.

      Sorry but IMHO this is not good. The catch is wrong, material is wrong and details on the front are wrong.

      Yep, the real fools will wait till the end in hopes of getting a bargain. Even at 250 it is silly unless you collect fakes.
