    1. Big thanks! I won't sell it, rather exchange it to some Swedish NS-item. Best of regards from sunny Norrland!
    2. Hello fellow collectors, Found this along with some other stuff today. Just wanted to check what you all think? Is this a period item from the Swedish Brigade? Marked Sporrong Stockholm. Rarity, value etc? Best Regards BM
    3. Hello there, what is your opinion about this badge and the clasp for the Iron Cross 1st class Best Regards Blue Max
    4. Hello there, What do you all think about this? Would it prove hard to find the owner? Best regards BM
    5. Just purchased a huge chain made by godet with a lot of very nice orders on it. Whom could this chain had belonged to? Best regards Blauer_max
    6. What do you all think about this very rusty one? Best regards BM
    7. Have seen a few miniatures from "Celebrities" yes. Not chains that I can think of, but still miniatures. von Bockelberg's PLM Godet mini that was sold by E-medals is a good example.
    8. I can just think how I would do if I where going to do a Frankenstein chain. I would buy miniatures made by the same maker (fe Godet) and assembly them after some semi famous officer and then try to make some bucks out of it. The problem with that way of thinking is that this combination does not fit any person who I know (or anybody in the thread about the chain)... The only IRL pour le merite chain ive ever seen so its hard to see how they did it. The loops are identical also. Swords or crown = a round ring. And the Iron cross and the PLM looks like small brothers of the Knights cross/grand cross and the big version of PLM with this oval loop. Paul Wood: The value of the PLM alone is over 2000$ so 500$ is not a realistic idea at all. I wonder if you would even get the empty chain for that money.
    9. But if he wore the EK1 on his dress he would not need the Pour le mérite on the chain?
    10. Thank you alot Westfale! Mr. Stephen Previtera is researching that matter right now. I will get back with the results! Marrauder: Thank you alot for your observations, probably the chain is toyed with (and therefore ownership could prove hard to find out). I can't understand how someone with the second class of the Iron Cross also get the Pour le Mérite, the House orden of Hohenzollern but not the first class of the Iron Cross. And if he did so, why is'nt the first class on the chain? Very strange indeed. All the best Dennis
    11. Hello everybody, I collect Stahlhelm items from time to time. I would like to ask someone that really knows the answer of the question. Was Stahlhelm an Armed freecorps unit that fought against the Soviet Bavarian republic? Or just an veteran organisation with just flags and boots? Best regards
    12. Godet Chain with the House orden of Hohenzollern, Friedrich Orden II class, Iron cross (probably first class) and Pour le Mérite. Most likely made during the world war I time.
    13. Happy New Year!!!

    14. Thanks Sascha! I cant understand E-medals comment at all, since they sold an identical Godet PlM mini with a larger one. It was like I felt all the time, just one person told me its a Fake and its Barry on E-medals. The PlM is an original. McSwiggan: Well I don't know if there is just a slang for the longer heads, but as you say the large sized Pour le merites was not Crowned in that way. But check the pictures of mine, the two ones and the one from E-medals and compare it to the Spanish fake in the post above and you will see what I mean with "crowns". VtwinVince what do you mean with SDA? Best regards Dennis
