I'm reading a book on Waldeck awards that pictures General Neimeyer's medal bar. Well, Mr. Research, the answer may yet be found in some obscure writings of someone in the Saxon Reserve Jager Battalion 13. OR I may just have to learn to appreciate it for what it is---A very nice medal bar.
