    1. Sorry Mike, I really don't know. cheers Peter
    2. Mike, this is the perpetual problem with Swedish medal- or ribbon bars i.e it was not common practice to use a rosette (button). This was no problem regarding the medal bars as the 2nd class was in silver, but the distinction could not be made when viewing a ribbon bar. The lack of buttons, as well as silver or gold coloured stripes, also made it impossible to tell the difference between a Knight 1st class or a Commander. Claudio, that's an excellent medal bar cheers Peter
    3. That is always very subjective, but I'd guess in the vicinity of ?50 for the whole lot. cheers Peter
    4. Badge #4 is the 15 Year badge for Centralhandelskammaren (Central Chambers of Commerce). I'm not certain about #3, but I suspect it's post war produced. cheers Peter
    5. What on earth might this piece supposed to be? It's in buntmetall and 35.32mm. cheers Peter
    6. Gentlemen, I've had a chat with Lars and he's confirmed that the ring of the 25 NSDAP mini is most probably a "19". Two things strike me as odd here i.e. the design is not consistent with Wiedmann's full size cross and what is that PK-number doing on a mini? cheers Peter
    7. Pete, you're killing me, the one shield I'm missing cheers Peter
    8. Don, here's a quick update on this topic. I had a chat with H?sken and he confirmed it's actually the "Volkssozialistische Selbsthilfe". I've also added the 6.6cm tall door-plaque to my collection cheers Peter
    9. Leigh, is there any significance to this one being in silver, in regards of rank? cheers Peter
    10. Lovely enamel-work Here's one with plain reverse on the button and slightly different . My knowledge in Imp. ribbons is limited, as well as the various classes of long service. Despite several attempts I haven't figured out the ribbon. Suggestions? cheers Peter
    11. "Real? In any way official? No, of course not. Real? Did someone make and sell them? In an world of uncontrolled capitalism, of course. Are they collectible? Not for me, maybe for others. Whoever will pay cash for them?" Couldn't have said it better myself. Here's one, probably manufactured in Sweden, next to the extremely rare "Medaljen f?r tapperhet i f?lt" (Medal for bravery in the Field). cheers Peter
    12. Good to see you Don The plot thickens, but at least that's closer to the location initially referred to by H?sken. cheers Peter
    13. I knew I could count on you Uwe The pin in my edition is identical to this one and referred to as Volksliste, does the reference in the 4th edition to Selbsthilfe indicate a possible change of heart from H?sken's part? These two documents came with the pin, but it's apparent they don't match the pin, as Wirsitz is located in Posen. The Ausweis states "Abzeichen f?r Volksdeutsche", is there any reference to this pin in H?sken's book? cheers Peter
    14. Let's see if you guys can identify this rather unusual stickpin Markings on reverse: FMK. cheers Peter
    15. No need to be sorry Don, I've got serious doubts myself. Apart from the lack of details you mention, it is also cast! Thanks for your input take care Peter
    16. I'm interested in your views on this early member pin. I've added some light to the image, as the pin is rather dark. cheers Peter
    17. Ehrennadel f?r besondere Verdienste in der DRL (f?r Nichtmitgleider), comes in silver or gold. cheers Peter
    18. Thanks Paul. I made a search here and came up empty, so I reccon you might be correct about the rarity. cheers Peter
